zplane releases M1-compatible versions of pitch-shifting plug-ins

Berlin, Germany February 1, 2022: zplane.development (https://www.zplane.de) just released updates to both the Elastique Pitch V2 and reTune plug-ins which adds native Apple Silicon compatibility for M1-equipped computers.

These updates add to the growing list of zplane products that are compatible with Apple’s newest computers sporting the cutting-edge M1, M1 Pro, and M1 Max processors, a list which already includes the TONIC Key-Detection and FENNEK Loudness Metering plug-ins released in 2021. “Due to the overwhelming popularity of Apple’s newest computers and the extraordinary demand from our customers, we’re extremely happy to provide ARM-compatible versions of these popular pitch-shifting plug-ins,” explains Chad Carrier, zplane’s Product Manager. “Users can take full advantage of the speed enhancements provided by their new computers when running these plug-ins natively within M1-compatible hosts.”

With these new releases, operating system support has been increased to include macOS Big Sur and Monterey as well as Windows 11. These updates also contain feature updates and bug fixes which will benefit all users and is therefore recommended for all including those with Intel-equipped computers.
