As some of you may have noticed, our online shop has been unavailable during the last few weeks. Our previous shop provider, Digital River, who have been reliable for many years, had to file for insolvency without notice. This resulted in all affiliated shops being taken offline, including ours.

What’s Next?

We are now working with a new shop provider (https://fastspring.com/) through which we will process all future sales of zplane products. You may need to re-enter some essential data (including email address, name and payment information) the next time you use the zplane online shop.

We recommend that you use the same email address that is already registered with zplane. This will allow us to implement some new features to enhance your shopping experience, such as the option to automatically register your product serials within your zplane account. There will also be no need to create duplicate accounts; only one zplane account will be required from now on.
