In an unprecedented breakthrough, zplane are pleased to announce the launch of MEEL STEMS: A revolutionary new appliance that can separate any cooked meal into four perfectly isolated food groups in real time: Carbs, Protein, Dairy, and Other.

Based on an adapted version of the STEMS PRO algorithm used in zplane’s PEEL STEMS plugin, MEEL STEMS promises new levels of control in the kitchen. The technology is called Ingredient Separation Technology, or IST.

Use cases include measuring nutritional values with total precision, removing allergens with complete confidence, and extracting individual food types from leftovers for creative meal remixing.
